Linda
Vogel, RVT
Linda is the technician supervisor at BTVH and has worked here for many years.
She specializes in critical care and surgery. She has two children, Sean
and Jamie. When not working, she enjoys reading, gardening, horseback
riding, New York theater, and being waited on. She is in a committed
relationship with Toby Keith (wishful thinking). Her dream is to own a
horse farm.
Holly
Cwiklinksi
Holly has worked at BTVH since 2003. Previous to that, she managed
Adorable Pets in Point Pleasant for fourteen years. At BTVH she works as a
technician and also oversees inventory management. She works part-time at
Jersey Shore Emergency Veterinary Service in Lakewood. Holly's home life
includes a dog, Tasha, and seven cats: Pooper, Peanut, Tiger, Geeter,
Panther, Brian, and Chili P. She also has two daughters who she devotes
her life to with her husband of eighteen years, Mark.
Jennifer
Pryor, LVT
Jennifer started working at BTVH in September 2006. She grew up
in a small town in upstate New York. She obtained her Associates Degree in
Veterinary Technology from Medaille College in Buffalo, New York. AFter
working two and a half years for a small veterinary animal hospital, she
relocated to New Jersey. She is most proud of her two cats, the 22 lb
Dante, and the wild and crazy wall-climbing Teagan.
Jennifer
Doherty
Jennifer has been a technician at BTVH since August 2006. She has a
passion for wildlife rehabilitation and has extensive experience with orphaned
baby birds, squirrels, and opossums. She recently adopted a five-year-old
Boston terrier named Lucy. She also owns a leopard gecko named Octavia.
In her spare time she enjoys scrapbooking, playing with Lucy, taking pictures,
and reading.
Jaime
Dransfield
Jaime started working at BTVH in October 2007 to gain hands-on experience in the
veterinary field. She is currently attending college as a pre-veterinary
science major with aspirations to become a veterinarian. She has two dogs
at home: a six-year-old Pembroke Welsh Corgi name Abbey and a ten-year-old
Daschund name Junior.
Laura
Martin
Laura originally joined the BTVH team in May 2006. She then moved away but
rejoined us in Aprial 2008. The love of her life is Leana, a 3-year-old
"Doodle" (mini Daschund/Toy Poodle mix) and her recently adopted Bichon mix,
Juliette. She also has two cats, Hey You and Smudge. When not
working, she enjoys spending time with friends, going to the beach, and bringing
her dogs to the park.
Jamie
Vogel
Jamie joined the staff of BTVH fall of 2005 as a receptionist while she was a
sophmore in high school. To gain experience, she then cross-trained to
become a technician. In her time off, she can usually be found at the barn
taking care of and riding her horse, Robbie, a thoroughbred that she rescued
from Philadelphia Racetrack, and re-trained to do the jumpers. Jamie
attends Centenary College in Hackettstown, where she is majoring in Equine
Studies with a concentration in training and instruction, and competes on their
IHSA and Hunter/Jumper team.
Alanna Dillon
Alanna started at BTVH in July 2009. She is one of the newest members of
the staff but has been working in the veterinary field for four years. She
has a degree from York College of PA in biology. She has five fish at the
moment but would someday love to adopt a dog in need of a good home. When
she's not at work, she enjoys movies, music and crafting.
Michele McGovern
Michele started at BTVH in July 2009. She has been a technician for the
past ten years and is working on becoming licensed. She has three pugs
(Happy, Frankie and Connie) whom she adopted from the Arizona pug rescue.
Happy was shot three times, while Frankie and Connie suffered from severe
demodectic mange. They are now happy, healthy and spoiled rotten. In
her spare time, Michele enjoys reading, hiking and kissing her pugs on the face.
